CLASS GUIDE

CORE: The CORE Curriculum is our introductory jiu-jitsu course, focused on developing fundamental self-defense techniques and jiu-jitsu principles.

Prerequisites: None

SPORT 101: SPORT 101 is our introductory sport jiu-jitsu program, designed to introduce beginners who are interested in training for sport jiu jitsu. Elements include technique instruction and some introductory positional training.

Prerequisites: 1 stripe white belt

SPORT: The SPORT jiu-jitsu curriculum is our program designed for our students who have completed the CORE curriculum. It builds and expands the basic techniques to include training appropriate for sport jiu-jitsu and randori.

Prerequisites: Completion of the CORE curriculum

RANDORI: Live training/sparring

Prerequisites: Completion of the core curriculum
Prerequisites (No-Gi/Submission Wrestling): Blue belt
